|
In November 2011, this Springfield employment unit participated in the Lincolnland Community College Job Fair. Participants included Director of Sales and Promotions Director.

Participate in Event or Program Sponsored by Educational Institution Relating to Career Opportunities in Broadcasting
|
In February and March 2012 WXAJ-FM air personalities attended career days at Springfield District 186, Glenwood, Petersburg Porta and New Berlin High Schools.

Internship Program
|
During the Spring and Summer of 2012, Neuhoff Media Springfield hosted three Interns in our programming department. Stephanie Hickman of University of Missouri, Taylor Fishburn of Illinois State, and Danny Frey of Glenwood High School.

| 4 | International Broadcasters SESAC Scholarship | NFLP participated along with the International Broadcasters Idea Bank in soliciting applications for a $7500 scholarship for students in the broadcasting field of study. |
| 5 | On Air Announcements | A series of weekly announcements aired on each of the NFLP stations informing the listeners that information concerning employment oppotunities is available by request. Listeners were informed how to contact the company both via phone and in person. |
