Tuesday, MTV announced the nominees for the 2008 MTV Generally, I think anything on MTV is pretty lame, (just the fact that it's supposed to stand for MUSIC Television and you can't turn that freaking channel on without seeing Tila Tequilla,  Real World vs. Road Rules 79, or one of those stupid dating shows) but I actually really like the Movie Awards... This is post-op!

As I was reading this story, I was like, "There is NO WAY that this can be real!"

He's a tree-man! Not quite like the ones from Lord of the Rings, but a tree-man none-the-less.

This is Dede Koswara. For nearly twenty years he's been covered in warts and tree-like growths. Apparently, when he was 15, he got a cut on his foot and a small wart developed there. The wart then quickly started spreading all over his body, (Note to self, get the wart on foot removed PRONTO)! He was named the "Tree-Man of Java", nice, right?

Things are actually beginning to look up for good-ole Dede, now. After doctors removed 4 POUNDS of bark from his body, he's ready for some lovin'!

His first wife left him because he was let go from his job and couldn't support his family. So sad. He says that what he really wants right now is to get better, find a job, and then who knows, maybe meet a girl. I sincerely feel bad for this guy. He still has to go back to the doctor to get growth removed from his face and feet. Get well, buddy!

I hope he gets better, here is a pre-op pic.
