Universal has actually given me a reason to see their upcoming "Battleship" film. With the deal announces Monday, Rihanna will be playing opposite a couple TV stars, "Friday Night Lights" lead man (and former X-MEN), Taylor Kisch and "True Blood" vampire Alexander Skarsgard. I guess it's not a BAD cast for a movie based on the Hasbro game of the same name, but it is kind of odd. Whatever gets people in the seats I guess! "Battleship" hits theaters May 25, 2012.
